Our Values

Engagement with Patients & Health Care Professionals
Patients are the reason our work truly has value because if we do it well, we will ultimately contribute to increasing the effectiveness of treatment. In the end, it's all about the patients! We are caring – listen to the concerns of the patients. If we succeed in translating these needs to the healthcare market, we are helping our clients, but most importantly the patients!
Healthcare professionals are more than one-off sources of information. At MindGap, we are building a network of trusted and credible professionals that are happy to share their expertise and insights with us.

Engagement with Clients
Our clients are the reason we continue to exist and grow as business. At MindGap we seek more than just great project delivery, but we look for ways to let our clients shine. During projects, we ask clients to play and active and engaged role, since we believe this will benefit the quality of our work. As we are more engaged we will get to know not just the company, but build relationships with people.
When our clients shine, we shine!

Offering the highest quality
We actively manage our quality control activities via our visual management boards – we make quality assurance activities visible, to ensure they are built-in to our process on all projects.

Diversity
We welcome diversity. MindGap's international environment includes people from different backgrounds giving our solutions a unique added value. We believe diversity enriches the interactions and learning opportunities at MindGap, and contributes to delivering the highest quality, through “cross-pollination”.
During projects, we actively seek opportunities to gather additional insights on our process, presentations, solutions and advice, from outside of the core project team. The more diverse the perspectives we can take to approach a challenge, the richer the solution!
Share your knowledge for a better cause
At MindGap we not only strive to deliver better solutions for health-care, we also want to give back to the community.
Health care professionals who participate in our research do not only contribute to better health care solutions but also have the chance to support a good cause.
We support the following NGOs:
