Senior Analyst

MindGap is a Healthcare Market Research consultancy focused on the Medical Device and Pharmaceutical industries. Through our unique approach to market research, we provide a wide array of services tailored to the specific needs of our Top Tier international clients. Our goal is to bring clients and their customers closer together by providing valuable market insights that accurately guide them through the next steps on optimal market approach.

To further support our expansion, we are looking for a Senior Analyst. The successful individual will join a professional and experienced team, focused on providing first class research and consulting services to top tier global firms.

As a Senior Analyst, your role will be multifaceted, and will allow you to be involved in every stage of the research project. It starts with primary client contact, understanding customer needs and offering a strategic project approach. You will manage a team of market and project analysists, supervising quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and ultimately draw conclusions and recommendations for our client. Your main responsibility is to make sure projects are delivered with the MindGap quality stamp.

This role requires both soft skills, commercial skills as well as planning and analytical skills.

Job Requirements:


  • 5 to 10 years of working experience (preferably in a Business Analyst/Consulting position or Big 4 experience)

  • At least 2 years of significant leadership or management experience

  • Enthusiasm and motivation towards all tasks and a proactive, problem-solving mentality

  • A business-oriented mindset and the capacity to adapt and learn quickly. A previous experience in the Healthcare industry would be considered as an asset

  • Well-developed organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to deliver results under pressure or tight deadlines

  • Outstanding analytical skills for both qualitative and quantitative data, with an eye for detail

  • Excellent knowledge of Office Tools (Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken. Any other fluent language such as German, Italian, Spanish, French or Dutch is considered an asset



Job Tasks:


  • Lead research projects in all phases, i.e. scope, planning, development of project material, training of the team, data analysis, strategic consulting and final client presentation

  • Manage the assigned project team of market analysts and project analysts, help them achieve their goals and guide them in their improvement and professional development pathway

  • Drive and review the project data analysis, ensuring its quality and alignment with the project deliverables and timeline

  • Deliver and present project findings and consulting level advice to end customers and business leads

  • Help MindGap to deliver the highest quality of service to its clients
